Can’t Take My Eyes Off You

I spent most of Boxing Day 2019 busking near Tower Bridge, London, SE1. Thank you to everyone who stopped to watch or requested a song or threw money into my guitar case. All contributions are greatly appreciated.

“Can’t Take My Eyes Off You” was written by ‎Bob Crewe and ‎Bob Gaudio. Originally recorded in 1967 by Frankie Valli where it reached #2 in the US Billboard charts. The following year Andy Williams took it to #5 in the UK charts. It has since been a hit for Boys Town Gang (1982), Pet Shop Boys (1991), Lauryn Hill (1998) and was re-recorded by Andy Williams as a duet with Denise Van Outen (2002).

If there are any song requests that you’d like to hear me play, please leave a comment and I’ll record them during my next performance.
